Current Annual Report: 2025

2025 was a massive year. The Texas legislative session, along with upheaval in federal policy, brought monumental changes to our lives and futures. We felt a lot of disappointment, fear, and exhaustion last year—but also resolve, joy, and pride. We remain unshaken in our belief that Texans with disabilities must be at the center of decisions that affect our lives. We’re pleased to report on our successes both in the Capitol and in the broader community. Founded in 1978, CTD has grown to become the oldest and largest consumer-driven cross-disability organization in Texas.
