Rosie joined the CTD/ CDS Division as a payroll specialist in 2014. Her background is in the banking industry, including serving Hays County for several years. She brings exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service to the CTD/ CDS Division. She hopes to continue serving her clients and their employees in a timely fashion, as well as learning more about disability issues at CTD. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Rosie now lives in Lockhart and is an avid antique collector. She has 2 children and 3 grandchildren (with more expected!).
